Called upon the centre in Dubai. Wanted to take some information, the person was giving an email which was not clearly understood so asked her to spell it and she was very rude and very unclear. If you deal on phone like this, god knows how you deal with your patients. This is a service industry, the person on the phone should be extremely patient and caring.
